VIRTUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY • TEXAS & PENNSYLVANIA
Individual Therapy & Counseling
A supportive space to work through life's challenges, strengthen your relationships, and better understand yourself.

ABOUT ME
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual individual therapy to clients in Texas and Pennsylvania. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest about what is happening in your life without feeling judged.
Together, we can slow things down, understand the patterns that keep showing up, strengthen communication and boundaries, and work toward changes that feel meaningful in your everyday life.
Support that meets you where you are.
Support with emotions, relationships, identity, stress, transitions, and the challenges that can come with growing into yourself.
A space to navigate independence, relationships, school or career pressure, boundaries, uncertainty, and major life changes.
Addressing the pressure to keep performing, caring for everyone else, and looking “fine”...while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out or stuck.
